1. Pre Screen
We go through an intensive 100+ questions pre screening process which allows us to discover everything about the candidates professional and personal attributes and allows us to advise and consult on their next step with more clarity.
We discuss between one and three options that have been hand selected to suit the requirements and aspirations of the candidates. With over 11,000 recruitment companies in the UK and 200,000 recruitment businesses globally it is vital that we understand our candidates well enough to be able to suggest the best 0.1%. With our strong client relationships and our market knowledge we are able to demonstrate a track record with each client to ensure a more risk adverse strategy when moving role.
We don’t coach our candidates for interview as it’s important for both candidate and client to see a true image of each other, saying this we do ensure our candidates are fully prepared for each interview. This process is very thorough and as a consequence our candidates enjoy a greater chance of being offered a selection of roles when entering an interview process.
